Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2007, permission granted to allow the committee to meet during the reading and referral of bills, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 5, 2007 to hear HB1109, the House Committee on Local Government Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hill, at 7:16 p.m.
