Pursuant to an announcement from the House floor on April 24, 2007 to consider HB1458, HB3170, and HB4077,  the House Committee on Local Government Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hill, at 9:05 p.m.

Representative Elkins offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Elkins moved that HB1458, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Villarreal offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Villarreal moved that HB4077, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
