Pursuant to a notice posted on August 13, 2008, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bailey at 10:23 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Murphy; Latham; Mallory Caraway; Martinez Fischer (4).

 

A quorum was not present.

Rep. Bailey laid out the interim charge regarding the appraisal of rent-restricted low income housing.
