Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2007, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 12:10 p.m.

 

Present:              Representatives Truitt; Burnam; Macias; Rodriguez (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Villarreal; McClendon; Keffer, Jim (3).

 

A quorum was present.
