CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 2, 2007, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Pensions & Investments held on March 15, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2007, and permission granted to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 12:53 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Truitt; McClendon; Burnam; Keffer, Jim; Rodriguez (5).
Absent: Representatives Villarreal; Macias (2).
A quorum was present.
HB 155
The chair laid out HB 155 as pending business.
Representative Rodriguez offered a complete committee substitute.
The chair recognized Representative Pickett to explain the measure.

(Representative Villarreal now present.)
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Rodriguez moved that HB 155, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Truitt; Villarreal; McClendon; Burnam; Keffer, Jim; Macias; Rodriguez (7).
Nays: None (0).
