Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 2, 2007, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 4:55 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Truitt; Villarreal; Burnam; Keffer, Jim; Macias (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives McClendon; Rodriguez (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

Representative Burnam moved that the March 8, 2007 minutes for the House Committee on Pensions & Investments be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

Representative Burnam moved that the March 15, 2007 minutes for the House Committee on Pensions & Investments be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 4:58 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
