Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2007, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:15 a.m.

A quorum was present.

At 8:50 a.m., on the motion of Representative Macias and without objection, the meeting was recessed subject to the call of the chair.

 

The committee reconvened at 2:42 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt. The roll was answered as follows:
