Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2007 and a suspension of the five day posting rule on May 1, 2007, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:14 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
