Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2008, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 10:12 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Truitt; McClendon; Barrett; Burnam; Keffer, Jim (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Villarreal; Rodriguez (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 2:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
