Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2007, the House Committee on Public Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 6:02 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Eissler; Zedler; Delisi; Hochberg; Olivo (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Branch; Dutton; Mowery; Patrick (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair directed that the April 17, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Public Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 6:04 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
