Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2008, the House Committee on Public Education, Subcommittee on Early Childhood Education, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Patrick, at 1:10 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Patrick; Macias (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Olivo (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken on Interim Charge #3.  (See attached witness list.)

At 3:16 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
