Pursuant to a notice posted on July 7, 2008, the House Committee on Public Education, Subcommittee on Interim Charge #1, met in a joint public hearing with the Subcommittee on Interim Charge #6 and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 2:49 p.m.

 

Present:           Representative Hochberg (1).

 

Absent:            Representatives Branch; Delisi (2).

 

A quorum was not present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

At 8:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
