Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2008, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Delisi, at 10:05 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Delisi; Cohen; Truitt (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Laubenberg; Jackson, Jim; Coleman; Gonzales; King, Susan; Olivo (6).

 

(Representative Olivo now present.)

 

Representative Zerwas sat at table with committee members.

 

Invited testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)
