Pursuant to a notice posted on February 29, 2008, the House Committee on Transportation and the House Committee on Public Health, Joint Committee on DRP and Trauma Infrastructure, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair of the House Committee on Public Health, Representative Dianne White Delisi, at 10:09 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Delisi; Coleman; Jackson, Jim (3).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.  Representative Truitt was also present on behalf of the House Committee on Public Health.

 

The Transportation Committee members were called to order by Representative Harper-Brown.

 

Present:           Representatives Harper-Brown; Harless; Macias (3)

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 2:28 p.m., on the motion of Chairman Delisi, and without objection, the Public Health subcommittee was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.  On the motion of Chairman Harper-Brown, and without objection, the Transportation subcommittee was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
