Pursuant to a notice posted on September 18, 2008, the House Committee on Public Health, Subcommittee on S/C on Indigent Health Care and Treatment, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Laubenberg at 10:25 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Jackson, Jim; Cohen; Laubenberg (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives King, Susan; Olivo (2).

 

A quorum was present.
