On April 16, 2007, the House Committee on Law Enforcement authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Law Enforcement held on April 2, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 28, 2007, and pursuant to a suspension of the rules on the House floor by Representative McClendon, who requested permission for all committees to meet while the house was in session during the reading and referral of bills, pursuant to their committee postings, the House Committee on Law Enforcement met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 4:54 p.m.
