Pursuant to a notice posted on April 18, 2007, and after an announcement from the floor on April 19, 2007 to suspend the 5 day posting rule to add HB 707 to the previously posted notice was granted, and a revised notice posted on April 19, 2007, the House Committee on Law Enforcement met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 8:05 p.m.
