Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2007, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5 day posting rule so that the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism can take up and consider HB3910 and HB2951, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:15 p.m.
