Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2007, and pursuant to a suspension of the rules to allow the House Committees to meet during the reading and referral of bills, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5 day posting rule so that the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism can take up and consider HB4126 and HCR212, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Kuempel at 8:51 p.m.
