Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2008, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:31 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hilderbran; Kuempel; Dukes; Phillips (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Homer; Howard, Donna; O'Day (3).

 

A quorum was present.

Testimony was taken.
