Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2008, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Swinford, at  9:08a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Cook, Byron; Farrar; Parker; Veasey (4).

 

A quorum was present.
