Pursuant to a vote on the floor of the House to suspend Article III, Section 5 of the Texas Constitution, and a notice posted on February 1, 2007, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Krusee, at 8:03 a.m.
