Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2008, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Teen Driving Safety, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:08 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Phillips; Harper-Brown; Murphy (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Harless; Macias (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

Testimony continued.

 

At 1:10 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
