Dear Mr. Chairman:
Due to commitments between more than one committee conducting public hearings at the same time, I was not able to personally participate in each vote conducted today in the Committee on Urban Affairs. Please note for the record that, had I been present, I would have voted as follows on the indicated bills:
HOUSE BILL No. 1390, as substituted, my vote would have been AYE;
HOUSE BILL No. 1717, my vote would have been AYE; and
HOUSE BILL No. 1784, my vote would have been AYE.
