Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2007, and with permission to meet while the House is in Session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, Jim, at 8:04 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Bonnen; Flores (2).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HJR 93.

 

Representative Pitts offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Pitts moved that HJR 93, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                             None (0).
