Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Monday, March 12, 2007, in E1.714

The chair called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

The chair laid out the list of bills recommended for placement on the Local and Uncontested Calendar to be held March 14, 2007, upon recess of the Senate.  Senator Brimer removed SB 248. Senator Brimer then moved that, with the exception of SB 248, the bills on the recommended list be certified for placement on the Local and Uncontested Calendar. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0  nay, 0 present not voting, and 3 absent.   

There being no further business, at 3:31 p.m. Senator Brimer moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
