Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, in E1.714.

The chair called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.  The following business was transacted: 

 

The chair laid out the recommended list for the April 12, 2007, Local and Uncontested Calendar.  The following bills were removed from the recommended list: SB 502, SB 820, SB 928, SB 952, and SB 1025.   Senator Uresti moved that the April 12, 2007, Local and Uncontested Calendar be certified; the motion passed with a record vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays and 4 absent.

 

 

There being no further business, Senator Brimer moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
