Pursuant to suspension of Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Monday, May 21, 2007, at Senator Brimer's desk.

The chair called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.  The following business was transacted: 

Senator Brimer laid out the certified list for the Local and Uncontested Calendar which will be held May 23, 2007.  The chair moved to add HB 2990 and HB 3200 to the certified list.  The motion carried with a record vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays and 4 absent.

 

There being no further business, at 3:05 p.m. Senator Brimer moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
