Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Natural Resources was held on Tuesday, June 10, 2008, in the TecH20 Center, El Paso, Texas

The chair called the meeting to order at 11:05 a.m.  The following business was transacted:
