Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Transportation and Homeland Security was held on Thursday, March 1, 2007, in the Capitol Extension Auditorium at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

The committee heard testimony on Toll Policy, Public Private Partnerships and the Trans-Texas Corridor.  Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list. 

 

At 4:41 p.m. Senator Watson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
