The chair called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The Committee received invited testimony related to Homeland Security from the Department of Public Safety and the Governor's Office of Homeland Security.
Witnesses are shown on the attached list.
There being no further business, at 8:49 a.m. Senator Carona moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
