The chair called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The Committee received public and invited testimony related to Toll Roads - Market Evaluation, Comprehensive Development Agreements, Trans-Texas Corridor, Options to Expanding Transportation Funding, and Revenue Enhancement.
Witnesses are shown on the attached list.
There being no further business, at 1:49 p.m. Senator Carona moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
