Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Legislative Study Committee on Private Participation in Toll Projects was held on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

The chair called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

The Committee received public and invited testimony regarding private participation in toll projects.  Witnesses are shown on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 2:10 p.m. Senator Williams moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
