Pursuant to a notice posted on January 25, 2007, the Joint House and Senate Committee on Oversight of Edwards Aquifer met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 1:10 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Senator Averitt; Representative Hilderbran; Representative King, Phil; Senator Uresti (4).

 

Absent:              Senator Fraser; Representative Puente (2).

 

A quorum was present.
