Pursuant to a notice posted on February 4, 2008, Legislative Oversight Committee of Edwards Aquifer met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representative Hilderbran; Senator Averitt (2).

 

Absent:              Representative; King, Tracy O.; Senators Fraser; Uresti (3).

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 11:25 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
