Pursuant to a notice posted on November 6, 2008, the Joint Committee on Oversight of HHS Eligibility System met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hughes, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hughes; Rose; Senators Deuell; Nelson. (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Parker; Senator Zaffirini; Mrs. Angel, Kathleen; Hawkins, Albert. (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 1:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
