Pursuant to a notice posted on November 13, 2007, the House Committee on Oversight of Bexar Metropolitan Water District met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Puente, at 9:12 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              None (0).

 

A quorum was present.
