Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with HCR 70, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Oversight of Bexar Metropolitan Water District was held on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, in the San Antonio City Hall, City Council Chamber

Chairman Uresti called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

The chair made opening remarks and recognized other members of the committee for opening remarks. 

 

The committee stood at ease from 9:25 a.m. to 9:35 a.m.

 

Chairman Uresti reconvened the committee at 9:35 a.m.

 

Witnesses providing invited and public testimony are shown on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 11:40 a.m. Senator Uresti moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
