Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2008, the House Committee on Oversight of Bexar Metropolitan Water District met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Corte, Frank, at 5:05 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Corte, Frank; Aceves, Joe; Durden, Don; Rodriguez, Sergio "Chico" (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Uresti (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Chair made opening remarks.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 8:23 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
