Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18 and pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and an announcement from the House floor on April 10, 2007, a public hearing of the Joint Select Committee on Operation & Management of the Texas Youth Commission was held on Thursday, April 12, 2007, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.036 at Austin, Texas.
