Interim Charge #2: Study the need to add salvia divinorum to the list of
controlled substances regulated under the Texas Controlled Substance Act.
 
Interim Charge #3: Examine the criminal trespass statute in the Penal Code
and propose needed amendments or reorganization.
 
 
The hearing will take place in room number S100 of the S building.
