| | | | Research, investigate, and make recommendations on how electronic |
| | documents can be created, maintained, exchanged, and preserved by the |
| | state in a manner that encourages appropriate government control, access, |
| | choice, interoperability, and vendor neutrality. The committee shall |
| | consider, but not be limited to, public access to information, expected |
| | storage life of electronic documents,costs of implementation, and savings. |
| | | *Although written testimony will not be considered a part of the record, |
| | persons wishing to distribute handouts may do so by providing no fewer |
| | than 10 copies to the Committee Clerk when called to testify. |
