testimony from those witnesses who, for religious reasons, were unable to
attend the hearing of this bill on April 3.

reconvene upon final adjournment/recess to hear remaining bills on the
agenda.
 
It is the policy of the committee to set a time limit of THREE MINUTES for
oral testimony.  Witnesses should keep this limitation in mind when
