Interim Charge #2:
Review the functions of the agencies and boards under the committee's
jurisdiction.  Evaluate the capacities of these agencies and boards
versus their appropriate roles in supporting instruction in public
schools.
 
Interim Charge #5:
Monitor the implementation of legislation passed by 79th and 80th
Legislatures.
 
Interim Charge #7:
Monitor the agencies and programs under the committee's jurisdiction.
