Monitor the implementation of priority legislation addressed by the
Subcommittee on Flooding and Evacuations, 80th Legislature, Regular
Session, and make recommendations for any legislation needed to improve or
enhance and complete implementation.
 
Invited and Public Testimony will be taken.
