SB 1795 Ogden Relating to increasing the amount of bonds and other public securities that may be secured by a pledge of and payable from revenue deposited to the credit of the state highway fund. SB 11 Carona Relating to homeland security; providing a penalty. SB 274 Estes / et al. Relating to the issuance of Silver Star Medal license plates. SB 876 Seliger Relating to authorizing the Texas Department of Public Safety to establish a driver record monitoring pilot program and enter into contracts for the periodic reporting of certain information in the department's driver's license files. SB 955 Whitmire Relating to use of electronically readable information on a driver's license or personal identification certificate by certain organizations that sponsor youth programs. SB 1084 Carona Relating to advertising in Department of Public Safety driver's license mailings. SB 1154 Carona Relating to sales of certain regulated material and to the criminal penalties for violations relating to those sales.
