The Joint Committee on State Water Funding will meet in the first floor
auditorium of the Erik Jonsson Central Library, located at 1515 Young
Street, Dallas, Texas, to hear invited and public testimony on potential
funding mechanisms for the water infrastructure needs identified by the
State Water Plan and other state water projects.
