R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Words cannot express the sense of loss felt by the
  family and friends of Kyle Franklin Conover of Coppell, who died on
  June 25, 2009, at the age of 38; and
         WHEREAS, Kyle Conover was born in Albany, Georgia, on
  September 26, 1970; he graduated from Bullard High School in 1989,
  and after attending Tyler Junior College, he went on to earn a
  bachelor's degree in construction management from Sam Houston State
  University; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Conover was employed in the construction
  industry for a number of years; more recently, he was a sales
  representative for United Rentals; and
         WHEREAS, Devoted to his two sons, Peyton and Jace, Mr.
  Conover was a keen outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and
  playing softball; and
         WHEREAS, Although Mr. Conover was taken much too soon, he
  will be long remembered by all whose lives were touched by his
  affection and friendship; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of
  Kyle Franklin Conover and extend sincere condolences to the members
  of his family: to his sons, Peyton Conover and Jace Conover; to his
  mother, Suzy Conover; to his father and stepmother, Ted and Carol
  Conover; to his fiancée, Mary Lou Schrock, and her children,
  Marcello and Nathan; to his brother, Hal Conover, and his wife,
  Lauren; to his stepbrother, Brian O'Quinn, and his wife, Stacie; to
  his stepsister, Amanda Whitesides, and her husband, Dusty; to his
  grandmothers, Marjorie Pruitt and Marie Conover; to his nieces,
  Harlie Conover and Lauryn O'Quinn; to his nephew, Blake Whitesides;
  and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Kyle
  Franklin Conover.
