R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Tony Markowitz has provided a decade of dedicated |
|
|
service to the Val Verde County Rural Volunteer Fire Department; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Markowitz has demonstrated exceptional ability |
|
|
and devotion to duty throughout his tenure, and his service has won |
|
|
the respect of his peers and the gratitude of his community; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The welfare of small towns across Texas is greatly |
|
|
enhanced by the efforts of volunteer firefighters, and Tony |
|
|
Markowitz may take justifiable pride in his commitment to serve and |
|
|
protect his fellow citizens; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend Tony Markowitz for |
|
|
his decade of service with the Val Verde County Rural Volunteer Fire |
|
|
Department and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Markowitz as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
