R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Cassie De Luna has provided a decade of dedicated |
|
|
service to the Val Verde County Rural Volunteer Fire Department; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. De Luna joined the department while still in |
|
|
high school; she has demonstrated exceptional ability and devotion |
|
|
to duty throughout her tenure, and her service has won the respect |
|
|
of her peers and the gratitude of her community; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The welfare of small towns across Texas is greatly |
|
|
enhanced by the efforts of volunteer firefighters, and Cassie De |
|
|
Luna may take justifiable pride in her commitment to serve and |
|
|
protect her fellow citizens; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend Cassie De Luna for |
|
|
her decade of service with the Val Verde County Rural Volunteer Fire |
|
|
Department and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. De Luna as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
